Camps, Sports and Excursions Fund (CSEF)
The Camps, Sports and Excursions Fund (CSEF) provides payments for eligible students to attend school camps, excursions, and sports and outdoor education programs. If you are eligible for CSEF, please ensure you have your application form submitted to the school office or via email to finance@mwsc.vic.edu.au by 26 June. For further information, please visit

Financial Contributions
If you have elected to pay the voluntary financial contributions via instalments, a reminder that the second instalment is due to come out of your nominated payment method on Monday 23 March. Thank you for supporting our college.
Family Financial Statements
If you recently received a family financial statement in the mail, it was to inform you that your account is in credit. This is for your information only. Next time you have an event to pay on Compass, please select the ‘use CSEF/Credit’ button and your credit will be applied to that event. No further action is needed. If you have any questions, please contact the finance team on finance@mwsc.vic.edu.au.
Refund Requests
Refund requests are reviewed in line with our Camps and Excursions Policy. In most instances, bookings and payments for camps/excursions are made a year in advance and refunds are not made for costs that have already been paid or committed to a third party.
