- A copy of the student’s two most recent reports from previous school
Documentation: Birth Certificate / Visa * Required
- A copy of the student’s birth certificate, or if student was born overseas, a copy of student's passport and VISA details (even if you are a permanent resident);
Documentation: Citizenship * Required
- Non Australian born students are required to provide a copy of relevant citizenship certificate and passport including visa details or travel documents. Copies will be retained by the college. (this includes permanent residents)

- Proof of Residence - ONE of the following is required(must be in enrolling parents/carers name):
  + Moving into the area: copy of Contract of Sale
  + Renting: copy of lease (12 month minimum from a registered Real Estate Agent)
  + A current rates notice

- PLUS the following supporting documents (showing parent’s name and address)
  + Utilities (Gas/Electricity/Water) minimum of two utility notices
  + Electoral roll confirmation (citizens only - through the Australian Electoral Commission or Victorian Electoral Commission)
  + A valid driver's licence
