Year 7 Boys Table Tennis
On Friday 1 September, ten Year 7 boys travelled to the Kilsyth sports stadium for the division table tennis competition.
The “B” team won all 3 of their matches against Highvale SC, Glen Waverley SC and Vermont SC finishing on top of their pool.
The “A” team won their first 2 matches against Highvale SC and Glen Waverley SC before playing Vermont SC in the final round to see who would head to the zone stage. In what turned out to be a thrilling finish, our boys tied the rubbers 3-3, tied the sets 9-9 but unfortunately lost by just 11 points.
Congratulations to Julian, Long, Divit, Junyan, Bradley, Raj, Chace, Vardaan, Carlos & Luke. Each of you represented the school with distinction. Well done! ~ Mr Campbell
