Over the past two weeks our Vocational Major (and some other students) have participated in their first two sessions of their industry-based training. The students were given the opportunity to participate in gaining their Food Handling accreditation or a White Card qualification (required for working on a construction site).
Students will complete further training over the coming weeks. These qualifications will help our students gain wider options for work experience and will also enhance their skills post schooling. This program is part of Unit 1 Work Related Skills.
