Reports

The Semester One reports will be sent via Compass in the first week of the term break – Monday 27 June. Parents and carers will be able to gain an overview of the assessment tasks students have completed and their child’s Learning behaviours and for Years 7 to 10 their Victorian Curriculum levels. The reports provide information and strategies for your child to work on in second semester.

I would like to thank all of the teachers who have had a busy few weeks preparing and marking exams, marking SACs and CATs, moderating student work and completing reports. Much of this work is completed out of school hours and on weekends to ensure students get results and that reports are completed in a timely manner.

I would also like to acknowledge the hard work of Mr Tim Peter (Head of Curriculum), the faculty heads and Mr Andrew Wallace who have overseen and worked with staff on the reporting process.

Years 9, 10 and 11 Exams and Year 12 SAC Weeks

Thanks to all of the staff who were involved in writing and developing assessment tasks and exams, supervising exams and SACs and then marking them during the past few weeks.
A special thanks to the Middle and Senior Subschool Teams for all of their hard work and Mr Scott Smith (Timetabler and Daily Organiser) for his work in putting together the supervision rosters.

VCE Units Two and Four

Semester Two starts next week (Monday 20 June). Information has been given to students regarding coursework requirements for their VCE units. This will support the work students need to complete to obtain a satisfactory result for each unit outcome. It is important that students work towards developing or improving their study habits and complete all assigned coursework and classwork in second semester to ensure that they satisfactorily complete each subject.

VCE Parent Teacher Conferences

Parent teacher conferences for VCE students will take place in the first week of term three on Thursday 14 July between 4 pm and 7.30 pm. Parents will receive information about the booking process. All interviews will again be held virtually via WebEx.
