Wow. What a busy two weeks it has been for our Year 9 and 10 students.

Firstly congratulations to all Middle School students on successfully completing their Semester 1 exams. A special mention must go out to our Year 9 students who completed exams for the first time in their schooling. It was pleasing to see all students working hard to achieve their best. The manner in which our students applied and challenged themselves during the exam period truly resembled our college values.

Year 10 Work Experience

5 -9 June was filled with many new experiences for our Year 10 students. Staff had the pleasure of visiting our students on their work placements, feedback from many employers indicated that our students were reliable, hardworking, and showed initiative in a variety of situations. Within our college environment on a daily basis, we see our students demonstrate a range of skills for example, leadership, problem solving, and communication. Well done to all students on using these skills in the workplace to achieve success within the wider community.

Thank you to our local employers for giving our students the opportunity to complete work placement and helping further develop their employability skills.
